Privacy notice

SuccessAPAC is a community for Customer Success professionals across Asia Pacific, formerly known as CS Hub APAC. This notice explains what information we collect when you sign up, how we use it, and the choices you have. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean SuccessAPAC.

What we collect

When you sign up on successapac.com, we collect the details you choose to give us:

Your first name, email address, and country
Your WhatsApp number, if you share it
Your job title, company, and LinkedIn profile
Your track (CS Leader or Individual Contributor) and years of experience
For CS Leaders, the region your team covers and the largest team you've led
What you're hoping to get from the community
Your consent to be contacted, and the date and time you signed up

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which may process standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site securely.

How we use it

We only use your details to run SuccessAPAC. That includes:

Getting to know our members and grouping people with relevant peers
Adding you to the community when we launch
Sending you community updates and announcements by email, and on WhatsApp if you've shared your number
Planning sessions, content, and meetups based on what members tell us they want

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your sign-up details are stored in a private Google Sheet that only the SuccessAPAC team can access. Google provides the service that stores this data.

When we launch, we may run the community on a messaging or community platform, such as WhatsApp. If you join a group there, other members may be able to see your name and contact details, such as your phone number, depending on how that platform works. We'll tell you which platform we're using before we add you, and that platform's own privacy policy applies to your use of it.

We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you're part of SuccessAPAC or until you ask us to delete them. If the community stops operating, we'll delete the data we hold.

Your choices

You're in control of your information. You can:

Opt out of updates at any time by replying to any email or message from us
Leave the community group at any time once we launch
Ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll let members know directly.
